Even the finest machines can hit an unexpected bump. Here’s how we handle it.
1. Built to Order
All items are made specifically for you via Printful.
Because of this:
- Returns are limited to genuine issues
- We do not operate like a traditional retail store
2. When Returns Are Accepted - This is important!
We will gladly resolve issues if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
3. When Returns Are Not Accepted - even more important!
We cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size chosen
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse after checkout
Precision matters – please double-check before ordering.
4. Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved:
- You may receive a replacement or refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: typically 5–10 business days
5. Reporting an Issue
If something isn’t right:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and order details
6. Lost in Transit
If your package disappears en route:
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it
- A replacement may be issued where appropriate
